Yes. All final design files are uploaded in your project folders including the SketchUp, Lumion and CAD files. These are yours to keep permanently.
We don't need to be physically on site. You submit the essentials digitally:

We use photo alignment, Google Earth data, references, and scaling to recreate the property accurately.
